On Feb 26th, a new video was uploaded on the “Naraesik” channel.

Hwasa appeared looking noticeably slimmer than before and warmly greeted Park Narae. Park Narae, knowing that Hwasa was dieting, said “Since you’re on a diet, I prepared chirashizushi for you” as she busily set up the food. Seeing the spread, which included steamed abalones with alcohol, Alaskan pink shrimp and uni, Hwasa excitedly asked, “Are you going to fillet it? It feels like an omakase. I love it!

Park Narae then asked “Recently, because of diet, you don’t eat greasy foods, right?“, to which Hwasa replied, “That’s right. I haven’t completely cut it out, just reduced it. I don’t live as roughly as before.” Park Narae added, “I liked you back then. Then you don’t mix bibimbap in a bowl?” Hwasa sighed and said, “I got a lot weaker. If I eat like I used to, I would get in trouble.”

Park Narae recalled, “You once told me ‘Even if I don’t exercise, I don’t gain weight’ and I told you that would change as you get older.” Hwasa nodded, saying, “Back then, you asked, ‘How can you maintain your shape while eating that much?’ I didn’t even work out, but I get it now.”

Hwasa previously opened up about her struggles with dieting on SBS’s “Bodymentary – A Confession About ‘Fat'” in December last year. She revealed “On weigh-in days as a trainee, my members and I would go to the pharmacy together to buy laxatives. When I secretly ate injeolmi (Korean rice cake), I felt an overwhelming sense of guilt and anger. I cried my eyes out then threw up. That led to anorexia“, shocking many.
